Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellent service. This part-time position requires a blend of customer service expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for helping others.Key Responsibilities:Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.Problem Resolution: Analyze client issues and concerns while leveraging resources and tools to provide effective, timely solutions. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution.Service Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system. Ensure documentation is thorough and up to date to facilitate seamless communication within the team.Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable support and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, and product development teams to relay client feedback and advocate for client needs. Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and strategies for enhancement of service offerings.Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze client feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
