As part of the Beijer Ref Group, Realcold is part of a thriving international company with a strong focus on delivering results and products which exceed customers' expectations.An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Whangarei branch for a full-time dynamic, outgoing, customer-focused person to oversee the sales administration and ensure the team delivers a great customer service experience at all times.Tasks & Responsibilities:To ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained for all customers.To provide accurate and timely quotation services.To acquire and maintain appropriate general knowledge of the Company's products, sales, service, and administration procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and an excellent standard of service in the Showroom.To maintain knowledge of market potential for products and customer requirements, recommending appropriate changes in display, promotion, or advertising as necessary.To proactively monitor stock levels in the Showroom to ensure optimum stock levels are always maintained as informed by your Reporting Manager.To ensure secure and efficient use of space for receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials.To complete assigned documentation and system reports related to stock management and control functions.To stay updated on supplier promotions, new products, and any other relevant changes.Qualifications & Experience:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.Ability to perform well under pressure.Industry knowledge is preferred but not essential.2-3 years of experience within a similar role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
