Supervise bar stock and purchasing, ensuring an adequate supply of drinks and materials
Oversee financial budgets and regulate expenses
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards of the bar, ensuring compliance with all of the health and safety regulations
Address customer complaints and concerns, delivering outstanding customer service
Manage Bar staff, including recruiting, training, and their schedules
May handle reservations, welcome customers, and help with taking orders/cashiering
Manage the gambling machines in the bar

Job requirements

A formal relevant diploma or higher qualification is required 
Preferbaly have Auckland Council Approved Managers Certificate 
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Preferably have knowledge of beer and wine, as well as exprience in maintaining gambling machines
Preferably have exprience in handing cash/eftpos transactions
Understanding the nature of the hospitality operations environment
Capable of adhering to scheduled work hours
Have a can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure
Physically fit with an honest character
Clear criminal records essential
Drug testing may be required

We can offer:
Salary rate: NZ$30-NZ$35 per hour
Minimum Guaranteed Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Max Hours of Work: 50 hours per week
Over Time Rate: at the noral hourly rate 
Employment type: full-time, permanent
Location of work: Auckland New Zealand
