**About Us**:
We are a well-established construction company specializing in high-quality projects across the Wellington region. We are seeking a **Construction Supervisor** to join our team and oversee operations with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the construction industry.
- **Driver’s License**: Must hold a full, valid driver’s license and have your own reliable transport.
- **Work Location**: Based in Wellington and willing to travel to assigned areas.
- **Certification**: Health and Safety (H&S) certification is mandatory. Ability to operate construction equipment is a strong advantage.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise construction sites, ensuring compliance with plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project progress.
