Social Worker - Te Whatu Ora Lakes
**Permanent, 40 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)**
The Clinical Support Service is seeking an energetic Social Worker with new graduate to proficient practitioner skills to join their multi-disciplinary teams in the area of inpatient services. Opportunities for professional development and working within a dynamic social work team.
- Do you have:
- A Social Work degree
- ANZASW Membership
- NZ Social Work Registration
- A passion for working with babies, children, adults and older persons; helping people to maximize their wellbeing.
The preferred applicant will have ability to work within the multi-disciplinary team environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to prioritize a heavy changing workload, set and meet objectives in the acute health environment. This position will require specific expertise in relation to family and psychosocial assessment, problem-solving, and negotiating client access to a broad range of community services.

Salary range: $59,035 - $83,030 per annum pro rated to hours worked
