To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Have at least 2 years experience as a Social Worker in NZ
- Are registered with the NZ Social Work Registration Board (SWRB)
- An understanding of the dynamics of family violence
- Knowledge of crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed approaches
- Cultural/ethnic sensitivity and awareness of Te Tiriti O Waitangi principles
- A commitment to championing the prevention of family violence in our community.
