The Clinical Support Service is seeking an energetic Health Social Worker with proficient to advanced practitioner skills to join their social work team. Opportunities for professional development and working within a dynamic social work team.

The preferred applicant will have ability to work within an inter-agency team environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to prioritize a changing workload, set and meet objectives in the health environment. This position will require specific expertise in relation to family and psychosocial assessment, problem-solving, and negotiating client access to a broad range of community services.

Salary range: $59,035 - $83,030 per annum pro rated to hours worked
