**Social Worker (Woman Child and Family) - Te Whatu Ora Lakes**

**Permanent, 40 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)**

The Clinical Support Service is seeking an energetic Health Social Worker with proficient to advanced practitioner skills to join their multi-disciplinary team in the area of maternity, paediatrics and neonates. Working in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. Opportunities for professional development and working within a dynamic social work team.

Do you have:

- A Social Work degree
- ANZASW Membership
- NZ Social Work Registration
- A passion for working with adults and older persons; helping people to maximize their wellbeing.

The preferred applicant will have ability to work within the multi-disciplinary team environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to prioritize a heavy changing workload, set and meet objectives in the acute health environment. This position will require specific expertise in relation to family and psychosocial assessment, problem-solving, and negotiating client access to a broad range of community services.

Salary range
$59,035 to $83,030 pro-rated to hours worked.
