**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

We are seeking a qualified health professional to join the Medical Programme Directorate as a **Personal and Professional Skills (PPS) Domain Coordinator. **In this role, you will lead the development and on-going implementation of the Personal and Professional Skills domain across the Medical Programme.

Key responsibilities within this role include:

- Liasing with internal and external stakeholders, including staff and MBChB students across the medical programme.
- Writing proposals and reports to BOS and Curriculum Development groups.
- Moderate portfolio development tasks, and have oversight and final moderation of portfolios.
- Oversight of Professional development Plans.
- Develop an annual budget for the PPS domain in collaboration with the Head of the Department of Psychological Medicine and the Head of the Medical Programme

This is a **part-time** (16 hours per week), **permanent** opportunity.
Remuneration at SL level is is SL1 $120,752 - SL8 $151,251 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours.
Remuneration at AP level is from $157,822 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours.

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have a relevant Healthcare discipline Qualification.
- Be able to work collaboratively, flexibly and productively in a model of shared co-ordination responsibility.
- Have experience in healthcare education, in particular in the area of personal and professional development.
- Be responsible, organised, communicative.
- Be technologically literate.
- Be outcomes focused.
- Preferably have teaching experience / research experience.
