Our client pride’s themselves on excellent service and superior industry knowledge. They are a leading wholesale supplier of performance têxtiles which includes a large range of top-quality products within the woven and coated synthetic fabrics industry.

Due to growth, our client is looking for an accounts administrator to join their current team. This is a newly created role based in Manukau and could become permanent for the right person.

**Reporting to the finance manager and the Auckland manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Account receivable and payable
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Receipting stock
- Packing slip maintenance
- Reconcile invoices and statements
- Data Entry - Inventory
- Receipting supplier stock and stock adjustments
- Prepare timesheets
- General administration
- Assist with month end and yearend processing
- Maintain office/kitchen consumables

**About you**:

- You will have accounts administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suites
- MYOB experience ideal
- High level of attention to detail
- Great time management skills
- Ability to work alone and in a team environment
