We are on the lookout for a Learning Operations Administrator to join our Customer Operations Learning and Development Team. Our team are integral to ensuring Customer Operations (COBU) are equipped with the skills, capability, and information to service our customers and drive performance.
2023 is going to be a big and exciting year for us as we continue our journey bringing Trustpower and Mercury together. Our team induct, onboard, upskill and ensure our people are equipped to perform in their roles, so there is going to be plenty of new and exciting work for us over the next 12 months.
**About the Role**
Working alongside a team of designers, facilitators, and team leaders you will partner with our Learning Operations Lead to coordinate learning activities across the COBU. You will support the team with coordination of timetables, managing the COBU Learning calendar, project administration and be our Learning Management System (LMS) guru.
This is a 20hr per week role, with hours that can be worked flexibly across the week. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in learning & development with exposure to a broad range or learning and development activities such as facilitation, content development and change management.
**This role will be responsible for**
- Scheduling training sessions both face to face and online.
- Writing clear and concise communications.
- Ensuring up to date and accurate content on our knowledge base.
- Maintaining records in our LMS.
- Assisting in managing our team board (using Jira).
- Supporting the Learning Operations lead in producing reports.
**What are we looking for...**
- An interest in L&D and passionate about equipping people with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles..
- Experience in an administration support role, project administration or events management.
- You're great with technology and have worked with a range of tools.
- You can balance competing deadlines with a high level of organisational skills and time management.
