**About the role**:
As a Squad Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of agreed increments to achieve customer outcomes and benefits, and accountable for leading an engaged and aligned cross-functional squad.

You will create a solution, and teach and facilitate scrum, squad, playbook, and other agile practices. As well as provide coaching and guidance to squad members, enabling them to perform their roles to the best of their abilities.

You will build collaborative relationships across the squads, value streams, and wider business to enable effective communication and coordination of resources.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver and realize customer outcomes
- Agile and empowering leadership philosophy and approach
- Demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and ways of working and demonstrates the mindset of agility and a flexible and adaptive working approach
- You care about people and empowering them to be at their best, evidenced by feedback and the results achieved by the teams you have led
- Desirable - experience facilitating scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives
