Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist role is responsible for delivering campaigns and activity within a squad, primarily using owned and paid advertising channels, including digital media and website content.

This includes working with Marketing Managers to ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively, meeting defined objectives, and delivered to the agreed methodology for the brand and advertising discipline.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Deliver campaigns and activity within a squad, meeting defined objectives.
  • Ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively.
  • Support other team members to deliver effective marketing activity across owned and paid media.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • 1 -3 years' marketing or customer communications experience.
  • Demonstrated generalist marketing skills with the ability to implement a broad range of marketing activities.
  • Creative nous – demonstrated understanding of brand building and creative excellence.
  • Brand and advertising skills, including creative development and some understanding of media planning.
  • Understanding of digital marketing across digital AV, programmatic, SEO, SEM and website content and design.
