**Job Description: Biddable & Implementation Specialist**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Biddable and Implementation Specialist. In this key role, you will manage ad operations and biddable platforms, bringing innovative solutions to clients and the wider team. You will collaborate closely with the Digital Account Management team to implement best practices in ad operations and self-serve activities, delivering outstanding measurable outcomes for clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Account Management: Develop proactive client initiatives and collaborate with Digital Account Managers and Implementation Specialists during campaign execution.
  • Platforms and Performance: Champion ad server use to track and measure campaign performance. Leverage programmatic media platforms, digital tools, and data to optimize targeting, measurement, and campaign execution.
  • Implementation, Optimisation, and Reporting: Take ownership of client campaigns, ensuring implementation and optimization to deliver optimal results. Provide insightful performance reports and collaborate with leadership to refine processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Account Management teams and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and enhance team processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in ad operations, 1 year in a programmatic buying capacity.
  • Current Certifications in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Display and Video 360, Campaign Manager 360.
