**We are working in partnership with the Guardians of New Zealand Superannuation to recruit for a Manager, Insights (Remuneration and Performance, People Analytics and Platforms).**

**About the position**
This newly created position will take accountability for four key elements within the People and Culture portfolio; remuneration and benefits, people analytics and insights, people platforms, and performance excellence. Managing a team of two, reporting to the Head of Culture and Insights, you will be instrumental in leading these areas to the next level of sophistication. There will be significant project work including a specific focus on transforming the people analytics and insights arena. Operating as a centre of excellence, you and your team will take responsibility for design of remuneration and benefits policy and procedures, performance excellence including reviews, ensuring people platforms and analytics are deliving business benefits, and providing thought leadership in these areas of expertise.

**About you**
You’ll be a deep expert in the remuneration and benefits space and have proven project management and delivery experience. You’ll be strong in people management, have had responsibility for driving and improving people analytics and be able to use the data to tell a story and influence change. You’ll be deadline and quality driven, doing this whilst working at pace. Your communication skills will be exceptional and you will have a track record of working in partnership with the business as a trusted advisor.
