**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities in the thriving Energy & Resources sector, collaborating with colleagues in Auckland and Australia.
- Build partnerships with diverse clients, from multinational Tier One contractors to local firms.
- Collaborate with consultants in the Build, Civil Trades, and Engineering teams in Christchurch.

**Your Profile**:

- A highly motivated team player dedicated to achieving outstanding results.
- Passionate about forging connections with people and fostering lasting relationships.
- Ideally, possess at least 2 years of recruitment or relevant industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
