We are looking for a highly experienced Manager who will ensure the smooth running of our Facility in Manurewa. Our home is a 51-bed hospital that provides residential care for those who require a high level of medical care and support, including rest home, hospital, palliative and respite care.

**About the role**:

- Provide strong leadership to a diverse team
- Ensure all operational objectives are met
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Support and uphold relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Ensure all policies, procedures and contractual requirements are met to ensure the highest standard of accreditation
- Identify and manage risk and enable a safety conscious culture

**About you**:

- Strong communicator with a clear and direct style
- A track record of inspiring, mentoring, and motivating staff
- Extensive experience leading large teams at management level to achieve results
- You thrive in a varied and fast paced environment
- High attention to detail with a passion for excellence
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of continuous improvement systems and processes
- Strong computer and ICT literacy
- Previous experience within the Health Sector or Aged Care
- Preferred Tertiary Qualification in either Health or Business
