**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

This is a key role within the Culture and Transformation team and provides dedicated support providing generalist advice, employment relations case management, and change and culture support.

This role works collaboratively with our People Experience Consultants, Talent Acquisition Consultants and Culture & Transformation Business Partners to provide essential support and implementation of your people related strategies and programmes.

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**

As a trusted advisor you'll need the ability to quickly engage and build effective relationships. Ideally you will have experience in working in large and complex organisations with the focus of developing a high performing and inclusive culture. You'll need an inquisitive mind with a creative yet outcome focused approach to supporting in people related matters.

To be successful in this role you will need
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, or related field
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR Advisory or Co-ordination
- Previous experience in providing coaching and advice to people leaders, especially in ER matters
- The ability to understand business issues and demonstrate a business focus
