**The Role**
At TWL Hamilton, you will be representing some of the best and most iconic brands and products available to the New Zealand transport industry. As a Parts Interpreter your focus will be to support customers and fellow team-members to ensure customers receive the right parts advice and top-class service by nurturing existing and new business partnerships. You will be a strong team player and support your colleagues in achieving branch targets.
This is an exciting role where no two days are the same; you will further develop your parts knowledge; and meet and build lasting relationships with transport industry professionals.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Mechanically
- minded and have some knowledge of the heavy transport industry
- Known for delivering outstanding customer service
- Able to work to tight deadlines and juggle priorities
- Great communicator
- Focused and have a high level of attention to detail
- Must have legal rights to work in New Zealand.
