Christchurch Hospital we are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join
the leadership team to provide professional expertise and guidance across a
service. This role is scope as - Expert
- on the SI career framework. The Allied Health Clinical Leader, Physiotherapy

**will**:

- enhance and develop physiotherapy clinical

knowledge in the designated area
- maintain advanced clinical, cultural and
professional standards and competencies across the designated area of
service
- Evaluate clinical practice through reflection,
audit and outcome measures to continually improve the physiotherapy
service to patients and whanau

- Providing expert clinical and professional

practice and optimising the model of care
- Assisting the Clinical Manager in leading
service planning and delivery
- Providing clinical leadership and enhancing
the culture of excellence

- To lead and maintain a high-quality service
delivery
