**About the role**:
Fully remote

Working from 9pm-7am 4 days on 3 days off (this is rotated every 3 months)

You will be given a working from home kit

Join a well-established and experienced team and get full training on the job.

**What you will do**:

- Answer 'inbound calls' and provide support
- Ensure information relating to the resolution is clearly communicated to customer until
technical issue is completely resolved.
- Log all calls & manage resolution in a professional & efficient manner.
- Proactively stay up to date with all product updates/releases and process
- Ensure admin tasks are completed by the end of each shift.

**About you**:
Must have clear communication skills

Have excellent attention to detail

Must have experience in an admin or customer service field

Note: You must have New Zealand Residency or Citizenship and be based in Wellington NZ.
