**The Role**
In this role you’ll be just as happy booking travel for others as you are regularly travelling yourself to our Queenstown and Dunedin offices. Here are just some of the things you’ll be responsible for:
- Diary support for Regional Area Leads and Project Directors
- Regional office support for Dunedin, Queenstown and Invercargill
- Health and safety administration
- Accounts support
- Project assistance
- Supporting to draft proposals and marketing
- Front of house and general Branch coordination
- Facilities and IT troubleshooting
- Event planning
- Meeting room and diary management
- Maintaining the kitchen area and ensuring we are well stocked
...and, you’ll be happy to help out with any other tasks that keep our team functioning at full speed.
**Here’s what we need from you**:
- Great communicator with a “can do” attitude
- Initiative and the drive to learn and develop
- A positive and welcoming attitude, you love being an integral part of a team
- Excellent communication skills with a good phone manner
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Tech savvy -you know how to navigate different software, and you’ll have intermediate level skills using Microsoft office, with accurate data entry skills
- Creative Cloud skills (Indesign / Illustrator / Photoshop) experience while not essential, would be a bonus
