The Florence Nightingale Agency has been in business since 1997. Our team of office staff and support workers provide home based support to help people live the way they want to, in the home and in the community.
Our Company is based on providing quality services and supports in efficient, friendly and proactive ways.
As we grow in the Southland region, we are seeking to expand our team to include a Client Services Manager.
The Client Services Manager (CSM) has a mixed role of supporting the coordinators with rostering, scheduling, following up with support workers on shift as well as networking, managing incidents/accidents, assisting our audit team to meet contract requirements, being the local face for funders and other agencies in the community. The CSM also supports our most complex clients - ensuring they are safe, getting what they need. Lastly our CSM for this region will also be assitsing our Flexible support service by completing initial client visits with disabled people we support. This team are responsible for the support and empowerment of disabled people and their families to have more say in the type of cares received and how they will be delivered through hosting their budgets in line with the ministry's purchasing guidelines and to promote the principals of enabling good lives
Day to day, the CSM might be out visiting a funder, calling someone after an incident, meeting a client, completing a new plan with a new client, answering calls, assisting a person to consider if their purchase for a new scooter or swimming lesson or artwork (to name a few) is going to be an awesome support to meet their goals and fits within the guidelines.
This role is based out of our Invercargill office and will have the local super experienced coordinator reporting into it. This role is well supported by our Canterbury based CSM and Senior coordinator too
