**Position Description: B2B Procurement (Regional)**

**Role Purpose**:
To develop positive branch & vendor relationships that provide products and services complimenting company sales strategies designed to maximise profitable opportunities with the group.

To maximise profit through strategic purchasing, volumes and efficient distribution channels that allow opportunities for a competitive edge and sole distribution where possible.

To create and maintain payable and receivable contracts, information, file integrity and consistency.

**Reports to**: Branch Manager (Direct Report) but the role responsibility and expectations is driven from B2B Procurement Team to assist the group and region.

**Key Relationships**:
The B2B Procurement (Regional) staff will work closely with and maintain strong positive relationships with:

- B2B Procurement Team
- Group Managers
- Branch Managers
- Vendors
- Staff

**Key Objectives**:
The B2B Procurement (Regional) staff are responsible for:
Assist with purchasing requirements within the existing budgets and while maximizing returns to the group.
- Assist with control of the group stock levels and acceptable levels.
- Assist with the collation, importing, exporting, submission and maintenance of relevant core and key data for tools and services within the group’s needs and or requirements as required.
- Assisting with the increase of churn and movement of non-moving stock
- Creation and maximizing of logístical processes and assisting with implementation of those deliverables across the group.
- Stock Control of the individual branch stock and maintenance to acceptable levels as directed by your manager.
- Create strong relationships with all key staff from within the supply and operations channels.
- Assist with the maximizing of competitive buying rates and/or additional rebates with emphasis on achieving maximum LTI’s to assist the group profitability.
- Assist with stock quality to the relevance of customer requirements that drives strategic purchasing for the group and options for minimizing duplicates ranges or variations where possible.
- Maintain confidentiality of purchase pricing and rebate information and the security surrounding that relative to the company protocols and those with authority to request or accept.
- Assist with all BAMBOOHR tasks by the branch staff are completed and reviewed regularly updated.

**Key accountabilities include**:

- Adhere and assist to the overall purchasing strategy that compliments the sales and marketing team’s requirements.
- Progress and nurture vendor relationships
- Assist with annual planning, forecasting, analyzing data, and projecting forecasting and stock replenishments.
- Assist with facilitation and achievement of the group’s annual purchase/sales budgets KPI’s and targets.
- Analyze supply and sourcing of products (including exclusives) beneficial to the group.
- To continually enhance the logistics of supply, the levels, deliverables, and logistics in a most cost-efficient manner
- Clearly understand costs associated with the business, its planning and cashflows.
- Continually plan to minimize risk with solutions (i.e., stock swap outs, planning with sales to move etc.)
- Ensuring that the Company has knowledge of the potential business volumes of all existing, new, and potential products, including information through use of the Company ERP system.
- To ensure timely effective solutions for all branch and group purchase, stock, replenishment requirements
- Support marketing initiatives including new product launches and develop planning to support sales
- To compliment and assist with the overall Group strategic goals.
- Assist with strategies to minimize stock outs across all branches core lines and branch specifics buying.
- Any additional tasks deemed necessary by your direct report or the B2B procurement team.
