The Properties tīma (team) within operational excellence business unit holds a critical tūranga in our business. It is responsible for the execution and delivery of our overarching property proposition and strategy, to ensure we achieve strategic outcomes aligned with a world class colleague and customer experience.

**Mō te Tūranga | About the tūranga**

We sat down with one the GM of Properties (who you'd report to), and they let us know the following bout the tūranga:
This is an Auckland based hybrid tūranga working three days in the office, anchor days being Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

**What are the day-to-day tasks the person will complete?**

Key to success in the tūranga will be the ability for the technology lead to manage multiple site deployments, stakeholders and third parties to ensure that each project is successfully delivered on-time, within budget, and with a great customer experience for both the colleague and customer.

**What is the most exciting thing about this opportunity?**

The ability to shape the tūranga to make it your own. You will hit the ground running and work on nationwide projects. You will work across and have visibility over multiple business units and project streams.

**What are the requirements for this tūranga?**
- Proven experience (5 -10 years) in the delivery of technology design and project management.
- Track record in managing internal and external relationships.
- Understanding of customers and colleagues to support the execution of our designs and enable a physical space that provides a great digital experience.
- Ability to travel within New Zealand for the tūranga is essential.
- Previous experience working within a workplace technology tīma in the banking sector would be advantageous but not required.

Becoming a fundamental part of the successful delivery tīma, delivering the 5-year points of presence transformation plan on-time and within budget to an exceptional standard.
