AUT Commercial Services manages all commercial activities across AUT University, New Zealand's leading millennial University. This includes a diverse property portfolio of lessees and lessors covering sites across the Auckland region and encompasses all aspects of property management, from small retail units to high-rise tower blocks.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

We are looking for a property professional who will assist in achieving AUT's property strategy in relation to leasing, someone who can negotiate effectively and achieve the University's goals, and help us to mature our property management standards.

**He kōrero mōu | About you**

You will be someone who is a supreme administrator with a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of lease management, as well as an effective communicator and relationship builder. In addition, this role will manage a range of other commercial activities on-site that will broaden your portfolio and give a wide scope for initiative.
- Tertiary qualifications in property and/or facilities lease management.
- 5 years experience in a commercial lease environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

**Salary Range**: $103,000 - $123,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
