**About the role**:

- Provide support to our Christchurch agency team, enhancing productivity and growing market share for the business
- Responsible for updating signage, advertising, press releases and campaign management
- Draft and review correspondence, reports, presentations and take minutes at meetings
- Prepare agency agreements, lease, and sales documentation
- Manage client relationships including management of client events
- Provide support to agents on client pitches and submissions and memorandums
- Maintain and update contact details in Salesforce and assist in preparations of mail outs
- Support the Office Manager with office-based engagement and initiatives.

**About you**:

- An experienced Team Administrator with demonstrated experience working in a busy corporate environment
- Articulate, personable and a strong communicator
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A team player who strives to do their best work, and motivate those around them
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM Salesforce
- Tertiary qualifications, or property industry experience is advantageous.
