Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand scaling from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Class 5 driver to join our Christchurch Linehaul division on our night shift starting 7:30pm. This role is Monday to Friday with a minimum of 40 hours a week.

This role will be responsible to assist with the timely safe handling of freight for the company to achieve their target delivery goals.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to own and possess a superb customer focus, passion for new challenges, have a non-attributable accident-free driving record; be reliable and well-presented along with a focus on doing your job safely.

**What you'll do**
- Load and unload freight safely.
- Ensure freight is handled and scanned with minimum damage.
- Participate in all safety procedures.
- Operate all vehicles in a safe manner.
- Maintain, clean and tidy vehicles.

**What you'll need**
- Customer-focused attitude
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Full NZ Class 5 licence.
- Dangerous Goods licence.
- Truck/Trailer driving experience
- Experience driving on New Zealand roads.
- Road Ranger experience essential
