**The role**:
We are currently seeking a Principal Advisor who will advise on and once agreed, develop operational performance, procedures and practice for a community-based service.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be making sure that best practice is withheld by leaders and supporting them with setting up learning systems and platforms to improve performance, procedure and practice improvements across the teams and wider department. You will also be delivering training to the team or through a train-the-trainer approach.

**About You**:You are someone who enjoys working collaboratively with others, sharing ideas and providing compelling advice with multiple interested parties. You will be strategically minded and have strong execution skills along with:

- Proven experience in the development of operational performance, procedure, practice advice, tools and guidance
- Strong analytical and written skills
- Good theoretical knowledge
