**The Opportunity**

**Citycare Property is continuing to go through an exciting period of change and we are seeking **a Tender Coordinator to join us on the journey. The role is an exciting opportunity for the right person to price and prepare tenders to our clients, respond to customer requests and build on effective customer relationships.

Reporting to the Tender & Estimating Manager, this role will offer a variety of work and the chance to make it your own. You will be responsible for assisting the team to win work by ensuring all contract submissions are of a high standard. To be successful in this role, you will also be able to work collaboratively with other teams to build attributes, methodologies and pricing schedules.

**Requirements**:
This role requires someone with who is an excellent communicator and self motivated to achieve commercial success and customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant will also have the following requirements:

- Relevant tertiary level qualification (or industry specific experience to a similar degree).
- Sound computer skills (Work, Excel and design software).
- Formal / relevant building, civil or infrastructure technical qualification i.e. engineering, project management, contract management.
- High degree of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail using Estimating software.
- Ability to analyse and interpret data.
