Stores & Facilities Leader

We have a great opportunity for a Stores and Facilities Leader to join our Engineering team at The Pride on a full time permanent basis.
In this role, you will lead the stores and facilities team to provide and develop a strategy which delivers and maintains managed inventory to appropriate levels at lowest possible cost.
Your key accountabilities include:
- Build and deliver the site strategy for stores management
- Manage service and maintenance of all non-production site assets and facilities including pest control and security.
- Maintain high levels of communication and coordination with all stakeholders across the site and the national stores organisation.
- Maintain high standards in relation to safe work practices
Key to your success in this role will be:
- Effective communicator who builds strong and constructive relationships
- Skilled coach, able to motivate others to build a high achieving team
- Deep understanding of stores and facilities management
- A background in either engineering or reliability in a manufacturing environment
- High Learning agility
- A process improvement mindset with analytical and problem solving skills
- With a trade qualification and experience
