As a Salesforce Platform Technical Lead, you will be part of a small internal Salesforce team tasked with establishing sustainable Salesforce Platform operating, governance and delivery models which will deliver value whilst maintaining operational efficiency.

**About your technical skills**:

- Complex technical design involving multiple components and delivery partners to develop high-level solution and implementation plan
- Establish release management processes and deployment through Salesforce DX and CI/CD tools
- Extensive experience on complex security and data model implementation using standard salesforce features (including Apex sharing)
- Experience with SSO integration with Azure AD, and Azure DevOps Pipelines
- Design salesforce Integration architecture standards and patterns using middleware and integration patterns (declarative and programmatic)
- An understand of operational support processes and methodologies like ITIL and DevSecOps would be an advantage
- A knowledge of salesforce identity solutions and Omni Studio components would be an advantage

**What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role**:

- To proactively recommend new features and improvements to optimise and grow the use of the platform.
- Lead support activities including day to day administration, appropriate checks (health, security etc), trouble shootings and maintenance of the existing salesforce platform including quarterly roll-out release assessments and rollouts.
- Work closely with the Manager Platform Services, Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Platform Architect including other key stakeholders at all levels to contribute to the roadmap planning and build out ACC’s delivery standards and principles to enable us improving the delivery cadence and value being delivered
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, process champions and/or technical SMEs to build, iterate and/or improve existing and/or new processes/functions.
- Demonstrate the ability to engage in all Salesforce work both within the Platform team and within ART's and projects across the business
- Work with senior stakeholders and third-party Salesforce providers to ensure all new services or enhancements are delivered in line with ACC’s best practices, standards and strategic goals.
- Contribute to and support the establishment, maintenance and communication of architectural guardrails and patterns.
- Develop, implement and maintain the Environment and Platform Management practices and standards to support ACC change delivery and support activities (in conjunction with ACC’s architecture teams).
- Represent the Salesforce Core Platform team to enable us to improve engagement and communication between key stakeholders both internally and externally.

The salary mid point for this role is ~$157,000p.a - we also offer 9% employer superannuation contribution.
