As we continue to grow, were looking for a Bookkeeper to help us maintain our financial records with precision and accuracy.

**Position: Bookkeeper**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, posting transactions, ensure legal requirement complies
- Conducting daily banking activities, and complete bank reconciliation and monthly reports
- Monthlybookkeeping for clients, month end reconciliations, journals, receivable, and payable.
- Producing & reconciling invoices, purchase orders and paying bills, wages via accounting software
- Accounting software implementation and maintaining information data
- Producing various financial reports related to cost management
- Budget and forecast reports and general reporting directly to management and the owner
- Compiling annual accounts to submit end of year accounts to accountant for final reporting
- Complete inventory stocktake on a regular basisand provide analysis report
- Investigating irregularities of financial transactions or records
- Preparing various reports of operating cost data
- Preparing forms reporting business tax entitlements and obligationswhen required
- Assist with other departmentsor accountantwhen require.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant diploma or higher qualification major in Accountancy
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must be confident dealing with clients and be able to develop a good relationship with them
- Relevant working experience is desirable but not essential, but you must have ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Minimum working hours: 40 per week
