We are on the lookout for a bookkeeper to join a cleaning company in Auckland
Reporting directly to the Manager you will be responsible for:
Recording financial transactions, managing accounts through both manual and computerized methods
Overseeing cash flow and lines of credit
Generating financial statements, budgets, and expense analyses using accounting software packages, ledgers, and account books
Creating invoices, purchase orders, and depositing funds into banks
Ensuring accuracy by comparing accounts to monthly bank statements
Examining recorded transactions and promptly reporting any discrepancies to management
Potentially preparing forms related to business tax entitlements and obligations, including goods and services tax paid and collected.

**Job pre-requisites**:
Have reliable transport or be planning to relocate before starting the role
3 years of relevant work experience or relevant qualification
Must be trustworthy
