Digital Fundraising Specialist

Our client is one on NZ’s oldest and well known Not For Profit organisations, and an opportunity has arisen to work with their dedicated team. You will report to the Fundraising Manager and be responsible for maximising income across all digital fundraising activities and build relationships with volunteers, community supporters, suppliers and stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage all digital lead generation
- Lead and grow existing flagship digital acquisition
- Develop marketing campaigns/ products
- Optimise, analyse and recommend ways to improve activity
- Develop, coordinate and manage all digital marketing across fundraising campaigns
- Manage budgets
- Deliver post campaign analysis

**Must haves**
- Proven track record in digital/ social media marketing (SEO, FaceBook, AdWords)
- Experience managing complex online engagement and lead generation
- Excellent data management
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Self starter with initiative
- Excellent people skills and able to relate to people from all walks of life
