We’re looking for a strategic marketer, who is truly customer obsessed and willing to go the extra mile to deliver impactful value propositions, customer experiences, and measurable commercial results.
As a Marketing Manager within the Propositions team, you’ll support the translation of insights to help develop propositions and marketing plans for the Marketing team to execute. Based on these insights, you’ll optimise at each stage of the proposition lifecycle to meet customer needs, strengthen customer relationships, attract new segments, and anticipate future demand.
You will work closely internal teams across Segments, Product, Research and CX to develop proposition business cases, CVP’s, positioning, marketing plans and GTM frameworks for the Marketing team to bring to life.

- 5+ years’ experience within marketing, segments and/or within product proposition roles.
- Ability to clearly convey information and influence ideas to business partners and other stakeholder groups to help them understand the business challenge and opportunity to solve.
- Ability to gather and translate insights into ideation formats that inform propositions and marketing strategy.
- Experience across the customer proposition lifecycle; from concepting, to commercialisation and validation, into development using test and learn methodologies.
- Experience managing internal teams and external creative, media, and research agency partners.
- A growth mindset with the ability to drive change through a large organisation.
- Actively demonstrates people leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field is essential.
