We cover both major people and process change programmes and operational technology solutions for users of Toitū Te Whenua systems.
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This role will be responsible for supporting and contributing to successful delivery of projects and work programmes. You will work with a number of Level 2 and 3 Solution Delivery Specialists (Project Managers) across different projects and programmes. You will be comfortable working with people, customers partners and tasks in person and virtually. You will play a critical role in making sure people and workstreams in the projects are connected throughout their lifecycle.
Level 1 Solution Delivery specialist role is equivalent to Project Coordinator.

We are seeking experienced, proactive, energetic and flexible individual to join our Project Capability team. In this position you will work with initiative and a collaborative nature because you will be working with a variety of stakeholders across Toitū Te Whenua. Coordinating, planning, working in virtual teams and keeping projects on track will come naturally to you and you will thrive in an environment where what you do has a real impact on everyday New Zealanders.

**Your skills and experience will include**:

- Experience coordinating multiple projects and programmes.
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to achieve goals and outcomes of projects.
- Ensuring that correct Project documentation are complete, current, stored and presented appropriately.
- Tracking and reporting on project progress on a weekly basis.
- Identifying risks and issues and communicating that with Project Managers.
- Supporting workshop facilitation, taking meeting minutes and distribution of information to stakeholders.
- Experience supporting procurement of services and contracts and managing variation of contracts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
