**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- All Lab Computerized systems account maintenance such as access creation, deletion, modification & periodical reviews.
- Resolution of Incident/Request/Problem and change controls following ITIL principles.
- Archival & Restoration of data on request basis.
- Maintaining Computerized system inventory.
- Managing support scope SOP's

**Qualifications and skills required**:

- 3+ years of experience in LAB IT operations
- Strong knowledge and experience in SCADA, SDLC, Automation System and Lab.
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related discipline
- Excellent organizational, multi - tasking, prioritizing and teamwork skills
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wellington City, Wellington: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
