**PURPOSE**
- To manage the Customer services, Contact Centre and Telesales functions
- To oversee administrative & reporting requirements within the Cust. Service area
- To develop and manage new and existing sales opportunities
- To ensure that all customer needs are met
- To represent the business in a professional manner
- To use internal and market analysis to improve the performance of the business

**SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Punctual with time management and works hours required / agreed to complete the role
- Responsible manage resources within levels and guidelines
- Administrative obligations are met - reporting, target work, meetings and team activity as required
- Through own actions, demonstrating a commitment to Health & Safety when working in the business and observing others
- Undertake other activities & duties as required by the business from time to time
- Comply with all employment obligations (Act)
- Manage / grow existing customer, channel & category base through an effective customer mgmt., customer service, telesales and complaint process, prioritising workloads as required
- Identify / develop strategies to enhance business & build customer retention
- Support business development with referral, lead generation / follow up
- Support Trade Marketing / activation through planning, targeting and execution
- Work cross functionally with Field Sales and Operations regarding delivery execution, QC and complaint
protocols to manage customer concerns
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external business relationships
- Maintain effective trade relations to understand & report on trends, industry insights
- Monitor and report on competitor activity - price, new products and other market initiatives
- Contribute to team culture, vision and values through behaviour, engagement and support of colleagues
- Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business’s best interests.

**GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
- Prioritize workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with
- urgency and to a high standard.
- Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels.
- Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description and all other duties as required by the business.
- Comply with all employment obligations.
- Promptly undertake to complete all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given.
- Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business's best interests.
- During work time, and such other times as may be reasonably required, dedicate all effort to the execution and fulfillment of the duties, responsibilities, obligations, and instructions related to employment.
- Demonstrate through own actions a commitment to Health and Safety at work when undertaking work or observing others in the workplace.

**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
- Relevant experience in a business, management or sales related role or Relevant Qualification in Business
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write and deliver proposals and presentations.
- Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals
- Committed and motivated to deliver your best for yourself and who you represent

Wages - $30 Per Hours
Working Hours - 30 to 32 every week
