**About the Role**
We are looking for someone to be the right-hand person to our Founders, supporting both the CEO & COO, this is an important role requiring the right experience and the right person.
You will have senior Executive Assistant experience having managed and supported senior stakeholders including Founders, C-Suite and/or Board members. You will have a proven ability to execute and problem solve on the go, with a strong attention to detail in all deliverables.
You'll have a natural ability to turn tasks into actions and outputs, supporting our senior leaders, as you will be attending senior commercial meetings so the ability to understand what is being discussed will be critical.
You will also be someone who loves to work at pace but is agile and can pivot with any change in direction.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Attending all commercial meetings with the CEO, COO and/or other senior leaders, take extensive meeting notes which you will track deliverables and actions against to ensure business goals are met
- Supporting the COO to streamline processes and create efficiency
- Support the CEO to capture all entrepreneurial ideas
- Support the management of schedules and draft communications including presentation talk points
- Ensuring you keep senior leaders organised, informed, and prepared for anything that comes their way
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a senior EA role supporting senior leadership
- Experience capturing meeting minutes & actions in Board, Executive, Strategy, and Sales & Operational Planning meetings i.e. you will have an outstanding commercial acumen
- Experience working in an Operations department/function would be preferred
- Have outstanding attention to detail
- Have the ability to go above and beyond to deliver results with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills
- A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in the Google Suite
- Ideally worked with CRM systems and project management tools
