KiwiRail’s looking for a junior to intermediate level **Geospatial Analyst** to join our Capital Projects & Asset Development (CPAD) business unit in this permanent full-time role based in Wellington or Auckland. You will be helping inform decision makers who are delivering programmes of work following severe weather events and other CPAD projects.

**What you’ll do**
- Producing 3D visualisations including collating, processing, and loading geospatial data
- Providing technical geospatial support for the digital engineering team
- Maintaining core geospatial datasets
- Automation of processes using FME
- Supporting capital projects with geospatial data requests and mapping
- Sharing geospatial initiatives developed for capital projects with other areas of KiwiRail

**What you’ll need**
- A couple of years’ experience working with ESRI software including ArcGIS, FME and CAD software
- Willingness to learn, continually develop your skills and experience, and be highly passionate about growing your own and KiwiRail’s geospatial capability
- Analytical and have strong trouble shooting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively across various teams and projects
