**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading clinical practices and driving the clinical team towards excellence in service delivery. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare services at Vitality Works, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed the health needs of our diverse clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of health professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative health programs and services.
- Monitor and evaluate healthcare delivery outcomes, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Serve as a clinical expert and advisor to both staff and clients, enhancing the overall quality of care.

**About You**
- Bachelor in Health Science or equivalent
- Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
- Extensive clinical experience, with a proven track record in clinical leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and innovation in healthcare.
