**About the company**:
This is a Private corporate company with a team of 48 (and growing) based in lovely offices in Mt Victoria. They are a busy organisation and work collaboratively while also having a great workplace culture and family feel to them
**About the role**:
This role will be responsible for welcoming visitors in a professional manner to the office and providing administration and workflow support across different functions and service areas to enable the smooth running of the organisation.
- Co-ordinate and book meeting rooms and ensure they are kept clear and tidy
- Management of and ensuring information is up to date and stocks in place
- Manage day-to-day communication for all printing/binding
- Auditing and archiving of documentation
- Create the weekly meeting agenda on Powerpoint and minute taking
- Office cleanliness - presentation of our receptionist and their work environment is paramount
- Ordering of stationery, kitchen supplies
- Assist Managers with any other project work and duties as required and provide back up support
- Complete other miscellaneous tasks as required
- Manage communication with external stakeholders
- Ad hoc tasks as requested from office team members with approval from General Manager
**About you**:
You'll be professional, friendly and outgoing, organised, comfortable coordinating, prioritising key tasks and working across different business units to provide support whilst dealing with a range of different queries. Needless to say, you are a doer. You love communicating and developing relationships with those around you.
- Receptionist or Customer Service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- The ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience using the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook at an intermediate level
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Proactive attitude with an abundance of initiative
