**Mo te tūranga** | **About the Role**:
As an Integration and Connectivity Manager, you will provide technical integration support to our diverse range of Business & Corporate customers, ensuring efficient and effective integration solutions. Your role includes providing expert guidance and support on integration implementations, managing, and resolving complex issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure the security and integrity of integration solutions, and monitor system performance. Additionally, you will lead implementation projects, oversee the QA environment setup, analyse test results, and support end-to-end testing for clients. Your role includes consulting and collaborating with customers to formulate project definitions, scope, solutions, processes, and timelines for delivery. In addition, you will provide training and support to both internal and external parties on various platforms and systems, and stay updated with the latest trends in integration and connectivity.

To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of client and bank file formats like MT9, CSV, FileAct, SWIFT, XML, and the ability to create technical solutions for corporate connectivity challenges. You will have experience in managing various stakeholders, both internally and externally to ensure objectives are met.

Your solid grasp of project management, along with experience in Agile environments, enables you to work under pressure and meet deadlines. With over three years of experience in corporate connectivity solutions, you are skilled in preparing connectivity plans, monitoring action plans, allocating tasks, and track and report on projects to key stakeholders.

Additionally, you are knowledgeable in corporate online banking channels and ERPs/TMSs/Accounting packages like SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, and Xero. You will ideally hold a Project Manager Industry Certification or qualifications in business or project management.
