**About the opportunity**
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join our Global Markets team and oversee the execution of our refreshed Consumer Strategy.
Reporting into the GM Consumer Transformation & Delivery, you will play an instrumental part in helping shape the future of our Consumer business by driving the delivery of transformational change. With no two days the same, you will be actively involved with installing the reporting framework, governance cadence and collaborating / problem solving with stakeholders across Fonterra’s Consumer business globally to solve business problems, improve business performance and make a real impact.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating and leading discussions with stakeholders to comprehend the scope of transformational efforts, identify and resolve issues to move from current start to future state
- Designing and then pilot engagement strategies across the organisation and educate key stakeholders on their role in the strategy as well as the expectations
- Key stakeholder management
- Developing, managing and maintaining the programme change roadmap
- Leading project implementation, progress and ongoing evaluation
**About you**
Ideally with an analytical or ex-consulting background, you will be a keen problem solver who thrives in an ambiguous environment as you navigate the uniqueness and complexity of our Consumer business. You will bring an agile approach, leveraging your previous change and/or project management experience as you lead exciting programmes of work from start to finish.
You will be a strong communicator who has an ability to synthesise information, produce outputs that are easily understood and have a confidence to build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across both locally and internationally.
As this is a newly created role, we are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on whilst leading from the front and being a champion for the change process. Having a passion for continuous improvement will underpin your success and be the foundation of your day-to-day.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrable experience in leading a successful change project from start to finish
- Project management experience, excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Adaptable to change and collaboration
- Experience in business analysis methods and process mapping
- Experience working in a transformation function/programme delivery is preferred
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills and ability to communicate roadmaps and progress to senior stakeholders
- Passionate collaborator and team player, a great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines
