Wai-Atamai is seeking a proactive and visionary **Programme Manager** to oversee key programmes and projects that align with its strategic vision and goals. As Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping programme strategy, enhancing delivery, and driving excellence in programme management. Key responsibilities include:

- **Programme Design & Management**: Lead the design, development, and implementation of key programmes across **Te Pae Herenga o Tāmaki**, ensuring the integration of kaupapa Māori values and cultural relevance throughout the programme lifecycle.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure accountability, alignment with programme objectives, and collaborative success.
- **Insights & Evaluation**: Gather data and insights to evaluate programme effectiveness, identify improvements, and support strategic initiatives focused on social innovation.

**Mōu (About you)**:

- Proven relationship management skills across professional and cultural settings.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent reporting skills with a high standard of delivery.
- A minimum of 4 years of project management or related experience.
- Ability to navigate Te Ao Māori environments with a sound understanding of **Tikanga Māori**.
