Our Technology Directorate, which serves GCSB, NZSIS and the wider NZIC, is at the forefront of making sure our people are connected across the mission and have the information and technology they need to succeed.

As our information architecture and policy lead you will be part of a team that is shaping and delivering new information capabilities and services for GCSB and the wider NZ Intelligence Community.

Your work will be critical to supporting a community that is adapting to new ways working in a complex information environment.

This is a new role and your energy, pragmatism, and strategic vision will be key to your success.

8+ years' experience in a senior information management role with substantial experience in information architecture design and implementation
Experience in developing information policy and formal guidelines
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with and get buy-in from, technical experts and business stakeholders
Knowledge and experience of a range of ECM systems and products, both cloud and on-premises.

To be eligible for employment within the NZIC you must have been a NZ citizen for at least 10 years. Alternatively you must hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years.
