We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Accounts Receivable Administrator** to join the Red Badge Administration team. Reporting to the National Administration Manager, this position will see you providing financial support to all branches at a national level. You’ll have responsibility across billing and credit control processing tasks, working collaboratively with our diverse and well-respected clients to ensure payments are received accurately and timely.

This is a permanent full time 40 hour per week position based at our Penrose office (free parking).

**About you**:

- You’ll have proven AR experience ideally gained within a comparable role.
- Proficient in data entry and data management, with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong collaborative skills to effectively contribute within a team environment, while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level is necessary.
- Experience using Time and Attendance software will be desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for fostering new connections and nurturing existing relationships.
