Our client is a leading NZ company who is currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager who can bring energy and drive to an amazing team environment.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You will be responsible for the delivery of a new incident management tool across an enterprise business. Working in an agile environemnt, you will be responsible for setting and upholding standards, ensuring the incident team respond and resolve issues as quick as possible to restore services.

Ideally you will have worked in a Major Incident Manager role previously and have experience working with the ServiceNow tool.

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- 5+ years experience in Incident Management specialist role
- Large enterprise experience is needed
- Infrastructure delivery
- ITIL
- ServiceNow
- Strong influencing skills
- Ability to develop lasting relationships with key clients
