The opportunity:
As the Business Continuity and Incident Management Coordinator at AIA New Zealand, you will be responsible for maintaining and testing the overarching Incident Management and Business Continuity Plans.

You will be coordinating the development, maintenance and testing of departmental plans in accordance with Group standards; Maintaining and operating the emergency communication systems and providing guidance in regard to risks and threats; Document management, delivering on all aspects of the BCM lifecycle and supporting and assisting the business navigate requirements.

About the role:
- Identify risks that can adversely affect BU resources or image- Assess risks to determine the potential impacts and determine the most effective use of resources to reduce the potential impacts- Coordinate departmental completion of business impact analysis in accordance with global standards, ensuring the prioritisation of functions and processes that would have the greatest impact should they not be available- Analyse findings to ensure the requirements identified in the BIA process are aligned to the BUs ability to deliver those requirements- Coordinate the requirements, maintenance and testing of the Incident Management Plan in accordance with global standards- Coordinate desk top simulation test for local Incident Management Team-
- Maintain the emergency messaging system (EMNS) and call tree testing- Coordinate departmental completion, maintenance and testing of business continuity plans in accordance with global standards- Consolidate corporate BCP for review and signoff- Coordinate updates to departmental pandemic plans- Consolidate corporate pandemic plan in line with WHO guidelines and Group requirements

About you:
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.- High attention to detail, organised and able to meet deadlines.- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels across AIA New Zealand.- We are looking for someone who has previous BCM experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
